Subscription tiers and plans
Compare the Free, Starter, Pro, and Scale plans, how to upgrade, and what happens to your data if you downgrade.
CPR.co has four subscription tiers — Free, Starter, Pro, and Scale. Each tier unlocks more features and raises (or removes) usage limits. You can see your current plan at Admin → Settings → Plan & Billing.

Checking your current plan
- 1Go to Admin → Settings → Plan & Billing.
- 2The top card shows your current plan name and monthly price.
- 3If you are on a plan with usage limits (Free or Starter), you will see usage bars showing students, classes, locations, and instructors used versus your plan cap.
- 4The feature matrix below lists every feature and marks which ones are included on your current plan.
How to upgrade
- 1Go to Admin → Settings → Plan & Billing.
- 2Click See upgrade options (or Compare all plans in detail).
- 3Review the full pricing page.
- 4Follow the checkout flow to pick a plan and enter payment details.
- 5Your new plan takes effect immediately and new features unlock right away.
What happens if you downgrade
If you downgrade to a lower plan, your data is never deleted. The features that are not included on your new plan become read-only or are hidden, but every student, class, certification, and communication you have logged stays intact. If you upgrade again later, everything comes right back.
What downgrading looks like in practice
- Students and classes already in your account remain — you are not forced to delete them to meet Free plan caps.
- Booking new classes or adding new students may be blocked if you are over your new plan limit.
- Paid features (CRM, LMS, campaigns, etc.) hide from the sidebar, but the data behind them is preserved.
- Send of scheduled campaigns or sequences is paused on the next run.
- Your custom domain and white-label settings revert to CPR.co defaults if you drop below Scale.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
- The plan page shows "Free" but I thought I upgraded — check with support@cpr.co. Our team can verify your billing status.
- A feature I need is missing from my sidebar — check the feature matrix in Settings → Plan & Billing to see which tier it requires.
- I hit a usage limit warning — either upgrade to a higher plan or wait until the next calendar year (annual limits reset Jan 1).
