Viewing a student's saved payment cards

Students can save credit cards to their profile for faster future bookings. You can see (but not charge) those cards from the student profile.

When a student saves a card during checkout (or adds one on their portal Account → Payment Methods page), it shows up on their admin profile so your team can see what payment methods they have on file.

Where to find saved cards
  1. 1Go to Admin → Students at https://cpr.co/admin/students.
  2. 2Open any student profile.
  3. 3Scroll to the Payment Methods card.
  4. 4You will see card brand, last 4 digits, and expiration date for each saved card.

What you can do

  • See which students have saved cards (useful when scheduling a renewal call)
  • See if a card is expired (the card chip turns yellow)
  • See the date the card was saved

Important: You CANNOT charge a saved card from the admin side. Only the student themselves can re-use it during a checkout. This is a Stripe security rule and protects your tenant against accidental charges.

Tip: If a student has an expired card, send them a reschedule email or a text from the profile prompting them to update their card before their next booking.

Note: Cards are stored as Stripe customer payment methods. Card numbers never touch our servers — we only store the last 4 digits and the Stripe payment-method ID.
