Marketing and communications
Send newsletters, manage your blog, schedule social media posts, and run email campaigns.
The Marketing section brings together your newsletter, blog, social media scheduling, and bulk email campaigns in one place — no third-party tools needed.
Newsletter

- 1Go to Admin → Newsletter.
- 2Click Compose Newsletter.
- 3Enter a subject line and write your newsletter content.
- 4Click Send Test to preview it in your inbox first.
- 5When ready, click Send to All Subscribers.
- 6View analytics (open rate, click rate, unsubscribes) at Admin → Newsletter → Analytics.
Manage subscribers at Admin → Newsletter → Subscribers. You can add individual subscribers or import a CSV. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Blog
- 1Go to Admin → Blog.
- 2Click + New Post.
- 3Write your article title and content.
- 4Use the AI Generate button to draft content based on a topic.
- 5Add a featured image using the Unsplash search or upload your own.
- 6Set the publish date (publish now or schedule for later).
- 7Click Publish.
Social media
Create and schedule social media posts from Admin → Marketing → Posts. Posts can be drafted, reviewed by an approver, and published to connected platforms.
- 1Create a post at Admin → Marketing → Posts → New Post.
- 2Write the post content (or use AI Generate).
- 3Submit for approval — post status changes to Pending Approval.
- 4An approver reviews it at Admin → Marketing → Approvals.
- 5Once approved, the post is scheduled and published automatically.
Email campaigns
Email campaigns let you send targeted emails to a segment of your student list. Unlike newsletters (sent to all subscribers), campaigns target specific groups — for example, all students whose cert expires in the next 90 days.
- 1Go to Admin → Campaigns.
- 2Click + New Campaign.
- 3Choose a target segment (e.g., "Certs expiring in 90 days" or "Students with no booking in 12 months").
- 4Write the email subject and body.
- 5Click Send Test to preview.
- 6Schedule the campaign or send immediately.
SMS conversations
View and reply to inbound SMS messages from Admin → Communications → SMS Inbox. All SMS conversations are threaded by phone number. You can reply directly from the admin.
