Two-way email on deals
Send emails from a deal and see customer replies on the activity timeline automatically.
Two-way email lets you send emails directly from a deal record and automatically capture any replies on the deal's activity timeline — so your whole team can see the conversation without digging through personal inboxes.
Sending an email from a deal
- 1Open the deal.
- 2In the middle column, click Log Email.
- 3Click the Compose tab (rather than Log manually).
- 4The To field pre-fills with the deal's primary contact. You can add more recipients.
- 5Type a Subject line and your message.
- 6Click Send. The email is sent from your connected mailbox and immediately logged on the deal's timeline.
How replies appear on the timeline
When the customer replies to your email, the reply is automatically captured and added to the deal's timeline — usually within a few minutes. You do not need to do anything. Everyone on your team who opens this deal will see the reply.
What the customer sees
The customer receives a normal email from your address. They reply normally — they do not know or see that the reply is being logged in CPR.co. Their experience is just a regular email conversation.
