Editing your business name, timezone, and hours

Change the legal name shown to students, set the timezone used for class times, and configure the open hours shown on your booking pages.

Your business identity lives in two places: the Business Profile page for name / address / contact info / timezone, and the Business Hours page for your open/closed schedule. Both are under https://cpr.co/admin/settings.

Editing your business name

Update the business name
  1. 1Open Settings → Business Profile (or go directly to https://cpr.co/admin/settings/business-profile).
  2. 2Find the Business name field under the "Business identity" section.
  3. 3Type the new name.
  4. 4Click Save business profile.
  5. 5A green toast "Business profile settings saved." appears in the top-right.

The change takes effect immediately — your booking pages, emails, and (for system admins) the "Viewing tenant:" impersonation banner all update on the next page load.

Changing the timezone

The Timezone dropdown on the same Business Profile page controls what time zone class times are displayed in across your booking pages and emails. Change it to match where your classes actually run — for most tenants this is Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific.

Important: Existing class times are stored in UTC and displayed in your tenant timezone at render time. Changing the timezone does NOT move your classes to a different wall-clock time. If you want a class to run at "9:00 AM Central," make sure the timezone is set to Central before you create it.

Setting business hours

Edit your open hours
  1. 1Open Settings → Business Hours (or https://cpr.co/admin/settings/business-hours).
  2. 2For each day of the week, toggle it ON (open) or OFF (closed).
  3. 3When ON, pick an open time and a close time from the dropdowns.
  4. 4Click Save Schedule. A green "Business hours saved." banner confirms.

Your business hours are shown as a "Closed · opens Thursday at 8:00 AM" notice on your public class schedule, so visitors know when to reach you.

💡
Tip: Business hours are separate from class availability. A class can still be on the calendar on a "Closed" day — business hours only control the "we're open" header on your booking pages and the AI chat assistant's office-hours behavior.
