AI support chat setup

Configure the AI chat widget that answers visitor questions and captures group training inquiries on your website.

The AI chat widget appears on your public class pages and answers common questions from visitors. When someone submits a group training inquiry, the AI automatically extracts the details and creates a deal in your pipeline.

How the AI chat works

  • Visitors click the chat bubble on your website
  • The AI greets them and answers common questions about classes, pricing, and certifications
  • If the visitor is interested in group training for their organization, the AI asks for details
  • Once the visitor provides their organization name, contact info, group size, and preferred date, the AI creates a draft deal in your pipeline
  • You receive a notification and can follow up with the customer

Configuring the chat widget

How to configure AI chat
  1. 1Go to Admin → Settings → AI Support.
  2. 2Toggle the chat widget on or off.
  3. 3Set the widget position (bottom-left or bottom-right).
  4. 4Choose the primary color to match your branding.
  5. 5Set your business hours — the AI will note when you are offline.
  6. 6Add any custom FAQs or information you want the AI to know about your business.
  7. 7Click Save.

Reviewing AI-created deals

How to follow up on AI-created deals
  1. 1Go to Admin → Deals.
  2. 2Look for deals with the "AI Chat" label in the Initial Quote column.
  3. 3Open the deal to review the AI-extracted information.
  4. 4Edit any incorrect details.
  5. 5Create a quote and send it to the customer.
  6. 6Move the deal to Agreed & Scheduled once the customer confirms.

AI conversation history

View the full transcript of every AI chat conversation at Admin → Support → AI Conversations. This helps you review what the AI said and improve its responses if needed.

Preview mode

Test how the chat widget will look and behave before going live. Go to Admin → Settings → AI Support → Preview to see the widget in a sandboxed environment.

Tip: The more information you give the AI about your business (common questions, pricing, class types, locations), the better it will answer visitor questions. Add this context in the AI Support settings page.

Note: The AI chat uses Claude (by Anthropic) under the hood. It is designed to be helpful and accurate but may occasionally need human follow-up for complex or unusual inquiries.
