Settings and configuration
Configure your account, booking rules, communications, branding, and integrations from the Settings panel.
Settings control how your CPR.co account behaves — from booking rules and payment options to email templates and branding. Changes take effect immediately.
Getting to Settings
Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar. The Settings overview page shows all categories as cards. Click a category card or use the left sidebar inside Settings to jump directly to a section.

Key settings categories

Searching settings
Use the search bar at the top of the Settings sidebar to find any setting by keyword. For example, search "cancellation" to jump straight to the booking cancellation cutoff setting.
Email mode
Under Communications → Email, you can switch between three modes:
- Live — emails are delivered to real recipients
- Admin Only — all emails go to your admin email address instead of the student (good for testing)
- Off — no emails are sent at all
Legal disclaimer
Under Settings → Privacy, you can toggle whether the CPR requirements legal disclaimer appears on requirements pages. It is recommended to keep this on to protect against liability claims about certification requirements.
